There is a 4th bedroom(queen) on the main floor with a desk and piano for relaxation or light office work. The fifth bedroom(queen) is located on the lower floor and it has its own bath as well. There are 3 decks located off of the Master bedroom, the family room and the living room. The hot tub on the back deck is a great spot for relaxation and conversation. The decks on the main level have been expanded and additional 50%. Televisions are located in every room and DISH is available. We also have ipod docking stations in each house. And for a few bucks more we will allow you to use the golf cart to go back and forth to the beach. There are no other charges other than what is listed below. If you have bikes, bring them. Scenic Lakeshore Drive has a long walking path for walking or jogging and is short few feet from the front door of the home. Just 300 feet from the beach. We are our own Vacation Home Rental Agency. This beach positioned summer rental, almost 2000 foot, home on Lakeshore has a great view of the water. Our Vacation Rental is the guest house of the big house located higher on the hill and it has all the amenities a vacation home would need. (Check out HomeEscape listing # 55062263). You can rent both homes for a large family gathering. This house also has air conditioning for those hot August nights. Hot Tub and WI-FI give this house the advantage. A beautiful travertine fireplace in the living room with beams in the ceilings accents this lovely vacation villa. With glass to the ceiling of the lake side rooms, this high ceiling home is open to view the outside from inside the home. We also have a horseshoe pit for the western flavor. There is also a ramp to the side door and is Handicapped accessible. There are grab bars in the master shower.
If you are a runner or long distance competitor, this is the place to be. Most races pass right by our home and you can cheer them on as they pass by.
This home has a large master suite with a spacious bath with a jetted tub overlooking the lake. There are sleeping quarters of three bedrooms and a fold-out sofa. There are two decks located off of the Kitchen, the family room and the living room are one giant room so the whole family can be together at one time. The hot tub, on the back deck, is a great spot for relaxation and conversation. A Television is located in the family-room and master bedroom and cable is available for your watching pleasure. Bring your ipods because we have a docking station so you can listen to your favorite music.
If you have bikes, bring them. Scenic Lakeshore Drive has a long walking path for walking or jogging and is short few feet from the front door of the home. It will take you longer to drive over to the beach than to walk. For an extra fee you can use the golf cart to go back and forth to the beach. During the summertime people will actually park farther away from the beach than the houses are located. But having that golf cart is a real treat when it comes to walking up the hill to the house.
Burnt Cedar Beach has a pool, snack bar, and an on-duty lifeguard at the beach and the pool; with the pine trees and the picnic benches all around, this is a perfect place for recreation. This home is located across from Burnt Cedar Beach. The home also has ample parking for Jet skis and or a boat. You may launch your vessel at Ski Beach for only a few dollars. There are three beautiful private beaches only you and the residents of Incline Village can use. You must call us to reserve this property. There are no other charges other than what is listed below. There is also a very nice playground for kids at Burnt Cedar beach. Fun for the whole family.
We hope that you will respect our home as if it was yours. There is a noise curfew at 10:00pm every night. The cool and cold air allows the sound to travel great distances and the neighbors deserve peace and quiet. If you make too much noise and the police are called, we will sadly take your full deposit. There are only two dogs allowed and a deposit is required before you bring your dogs. Please kennel the dogs if you leave the house. Do not put the trash out on the street before 5:00am on Tuesday. Trash day is Tuesday only. If you put trash out on any other day and we are fined by the board, we will reluctantly pass the cost of the fine on to you. There are bears and they can be dangerous. So please do not feed the bears or put trash out on any other day except Tuesday. The Internet key is located on the top of the front door of the refrigerator.
Some of the things that have happened in the past:
• Damage to the walls, floors, or upholstery. In recent years, we have had children draw on our walls intentionally or do art projects on our bedding. We have even had golf carts driven into the wall. We love kids (ours & yours) but they need to be supervised. Please try to avoid moving furniture.
• Breaking a piece of furniture due to misuse (for example, jumping on a rattan chair that has no springs).
• Violation of the no smoking or no pets policy will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit and may result in eviction from the premises if owner becomes aware of this during your stay.
• Damage to the washing machine or dishwasher or any other appliance due to misuse.We want our guests to enjoy their vacation. Unfortunately, in recent years we have found that a few of our guests have caused quite a bit of damage, which is surprising since we speak to each of our guests during the booking process. Please refer to Check-Out Time regarding cleanliness of the unit and possible excessive housekeeping charges.
No extra guests (day and night) without written authorization. Violations of these rules will result in the full amount of the damage deposit being charged and you may be asked to leave the property. Please load and start the dishwasher before leaving. Please have all other dishes, pots, pans and utensils must be cleaned and put away. The housekeeping staff will vacuum, do laundry, make beds, etc. Please leave sheets on the beds and towels on the floor in the bathrooms. Bag trash and place in bins in the garage. Recycling sorting is done at the dump, but feel free to sort the recyclables into a separate bin to help them out. Return all furniture the way you found it. Turn the thermostats down to 55 degrees Any missing items or extraordinary cleaning, plumbing stoppages, or damage caused by carelessness will be charged against your deposit. If you have unopened food items left over, please leave it in the kitchen. It will be donated or the cleaning staff will appreciate it. I hope everyone has a wonderful time here in Tahoe and enjoy their stay!
A refundable deposit is due upon booking of the home. Within 60 of arrival your balance will be charged to a credit card. We will return the deposit to the credit card it was charged to. Please do not ask us to return a deposit to someone else's card. If you damage our home you will be assessed enough money on your credit card to pay for the damage. Although this is rare it does happen. If you bring a dog there is a $500 deposit for the dog plus a $50 charge per dog that is not refundable. This helps us pay for the extra cleaning of carpets.
The 699 David has a $300 cleaning fee per stay. The 696 Lakeshore house has a $200 cleaning fee. This payment does not go to us. Please upon your departure, put all trash in the garbage cans and strip the sheets from the beds.
We respond by phone first and then by email. We would like to get to know our prospective guests over the phone before we book our home. It is important to make sure we are the right fit for your family or group.

We have the entire acre located across the street from the Burnt Cedar Beach. This acre has two homes with separate rentals. The homes are located right across from the parking lot where they cut down all the trees for the lot. So, we have a fantastic view.
